The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made within 3 - 6 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 27 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Famines and epidemics

Due to famines and epidemics, shipping for our partner companies may be temporarily restricted in some countries and territories.

 

Despite all efforts to ensure smooth processing by our transport companies, there may be slight to very long delays in the arrival of goods in the event of pandemic and epidemic outbreaks in connection with local lockdowns, staff shortages and failures in the supply chain.

War zones

If countries to be supplied fall victim to war, the delivery or the supply chain dependent on them may be severely impaired or canceled.

Extreme natural events

Local extreme or severe natural events may mean that goods cannot be delivered because either the routes are interrupted or the delivery proves to be life-threatening for the suppliers.
